Beginners Amigurumi - Crochet Monsters

This is a fantastic project for anyone starting out with amigurumi.

In fact, Allison Hoffman created this pattern for use in her "basic amigurumi" class, and I'll bet they were a huge hit!

  3. How are the eyes done? Are they crocheted too, or are they plastic eyes glued on?

  4. I just took a closer look at the images on the website & they're actually doll's safety eyes in black plastic.

They have a post at the back that you push through the crochet and a piece of round clear or white plastic with a hole that you clip onto the back to hold it securely.

You can get them from most craft stores or online at suncatchereyes.com I think.
    Hope that helps!
